Rajasthan police seized 12 quintals and 53 kilograms of illegal poppy husk

In Chittorgarh district, Jawda police intercepted a Bolero pickup truck and seized a massive haul of 12 quintals, 53 kilograms, and 81 grams of illegal poppy husk. The narcotics were concealed within 65 sacks. The driver and passenger abandoned the vehicle near Bassi Tirahe and fled into the nearby forest, prompting an ongoing investigation.
