Rajasthan’s Chief Minister reviewed final preparations for the HPCL Refinery inauguration by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Despite storm damage to hoardings, arrangements were restored. The event, a small-scale affair with tight security, will see the PM dedicate India’s first Greenfield Integrated Refinery-Cum-Petrochemical Complex. Millions will witness the historic occasion virtually and via LED screens across the state.
