In Kota, Rajasthan, police arrested three individuals, including the organizer of a Barabafat procession, for allegedly insulting the national flag by tampering with it with Islamic signs. The arrests followed a protest by local BJP leaders and Hindu outfits. Two minors involved in the incident were also identified.
