Kota ATM fraud: Youth from UP caught stealing cash with duplicate key; minor accomplice sent to shelter home

A 21-year-old from Uttar Pradesh and a minor accomplice were apprehended in Kota for stealing cash from ATMs using a duplicate key. They learned the technique from YouTube, manipulating ATMs to jam cash and then retrieving it after customers left. The adult suspect is now in judicial custody, while the minor has been placed in a juvenile shelter home.
