In Rajasthan’s Jaisalmer, workers unearthed potential vertebrate fossils of a flying herbivore from the Jurassic period. The discovery, made in Fatehpur, features a large bone-like structure, possibly a winged reptile dating back 180 million years. Scientists from ASI and GSI will investigate, potentially rewriting western India’s fossil map.
