‘Fires for profit’: 2 firemen held in Jaipur for setting factories ablaze, then dousing flames for gains

Two contract workers from the Rajasthan fire department, Vijay Sharma and Rahul Yadav, were arrested for allegedly setting fire to factories and later extinguishing them to gain profits. They made money by selling stolen diesel from fire brigade vehicles. Police are investigating their involvement in multiple arson incidents and questioning the hiring contractor.
