CA, handloom inspector arrested for taking Rs 10,000 bribe in Kota

The Anti-Corruption Bureau in Kota arrested a chartered accountant, her assistant, and a handloom inspector. The trio was accused of taking a bribe from a loan applicant. The bribe was related to the approval of a loan under the Prime Minister Employment Guarantee Scheme. The ACB is investigating the matter and conducting searches at the residences of the accused.
