A 12-year-old Dalit boy in Kota, Rajasthan was allegedly stripped naked and forced to dance after being accused of stealing wire from an event. The police have arrested six individuals connected to the incident. An FIR has been registered under several legal provisions including the POCSO Act and SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act.
