Jaipur highway crash: Cops may act against NHAI over safety lapses, negligence

The state police are considering action against NHAI officials for negligence after a fatal LPG tanker accident on Ajmer-Jaipur NH48 that claimed 13 lives. The accident highlighted the lack of safety measures, including non-functional lights, missing fire hydrants, and inadequate emergency response systems along the highway.
