2 Rajasthan cops suspended after videos show murder accused smoking, driving in custody

Two Rajasthan policemen were suspended after videos showed them giving preferential treatment to a murder accused. The videos depict Shadab Deshwali, jailed since August 2022, smoking and driving his own car back to jail under police escort. An investigation is underway into how Deshwali maintained social media activity from jail.
