1 dead, 3 injured as under-construction tunnel collapses on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway in Kota

A 33-year-old worker died and three others were injured when a part of an under-construction tunnel on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway collapsed near Modak, Kota. The tunnel was meant to facilitate wildlife crossing. National Highway Authority of India fined the joint venture firm Rs 50 lakh, and an expert team will investigate the cause.
