Man wins plot in lottery, pays full amount, waits years for possession but JDA allots it to another person. Now Jaipur consumer court orders arrest of officers

A consumer court in Jaipur has ordered the arrest of two officers from the Jaipur Development Authority. This decision follows their failure to allocate possession of a housing plot to resident Krishna, despite previous court orders. Krishna had been allotted a plot under the Nilay Kunj Housing Scheme and faced prolonged issues in obtaining it.
