New lizard species found in Rajasthan, Mesalina’s first record in India

Rajasthan has unveiled a treasure in the form of Mesalina Bishnoi, a newly identified lizard species making its debut in the scientific world. Found during explorations close to Gajner, Bikaner, this nimble little reptile is a first for its genus in India.
