Rajasthan forest department to launch special campaign for conservation of endangered Caracal

Rajasthan’s Forest Department is launching a special campaign to protect the endangered Caracal, a Schedule-I wild animal. Efforts are underway to monitor a Caracal in Jaisalmer using a radio collar, with camera traps confirming the presence of two more. A comprehensive conservation plan will follow ongoing studies.
