PM Narendra Modi to inaugurate Rajasthan’s HPCL refinery, 5,000 cops deployed

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate Rajasthan’s first modern BS-6 HPCL refinery in Pachpadra on April 21. Extensive preparations include a large pandal, high cutouts of the PM, and unprecedented security with 5,000 personnel. The entire Balotra district is a Red Zone and No-Fly Zone, with over 100 CCTV cameras monitoring the event.
