PM Narendra Modi to inaugurate HPCL refinery at Rajasthan’s Balotra on April 21

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate India’s first HPCL integrated refinery-cum-petrochemical complex at Balotra on April 21. The ₹79,459 crore Pachpadra refinery, with an annual capacity of 9 million metric tonnes, will produce petrol, diesel, and various petrochemical products. Preparations are underway to ensure a historic event, with a focus on security, logistics, and public facilities.
