Jaisalmer to host India’s first Jain Chadar Mahotsav displaying 872-year-old garments of Dada Shri Jindatt Suri Maharaj

Jaisalmer will host the nation’s first Chadar Mahotsav for the Jain community from March 6-8, 2026, showcasing 872-year-old garments of Dada Shri Jindatt Suri Maharaj. The event will feature prominent dignitaries including RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal. Preparations are underway for a grand Varghoda procession and religious ceremonies.
