‘Parents agreeable to high risk surgery agree’: Rajasthan HC allows 13-year-old rape survivor to abort 27-week fetus

Rajasthan High Court permitted a 13-year-old rape survivor to terminate her pregnancy of nearly 28 weeks, stressing mental health risks.
